Roadside’s Account Manager Kevin Gentry was thrilled for the opportunity to meet in-person with Federal Way dentist Dr. Josephine Lee at Avalon Family Dentistry. Kevin was honored with the opportunity to sit down face-to-face and discuss web marketing with Dr. Lee and her fantastic dental team.
By meeting in person, Kevin and Dr. Lee were able to connect on a more personal level. Office manager Cristi also appreciated putting a face behind Kevin’s voice, as they discussed new patient ROI, conversion, the value of links, plus the website itself.

In addition to wonderful patient communication, Kevin enjoyed observing Dr. Lee and her gentle demeanor. Kevin has a daughter close in age to this little girl, and he was touched by the way Dr. Lee put the child at ease.
